Secured dismissal with prejudice of a prisoner’s claim for civil rights violations which was upheld by the Federal Appellate Court.
Defended a manufacturer of hydraulic equipment against $30 million breach of warranty, business interruption, and economic loss claim brought by manufacturer of recreational vehicles, and securing favorable settlement prior to trial.
Secured a jury verdict of no liability in favor of corporation in a breach of contract and fraud action involving the interpretation of a licensing agreement, and successfully defending jury verdict on appeal.
Secured order in favor of corporation following arbitration in which arbitration panel ruled there was no breach of purchase agreement as alleged by opponent.
